Our Seagull Lane Serviced Apartment is fully PCI (DSS 2016) compliant through our card-payment partners (SagePay & Global Payments), and as such a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation

Please Note: When settling your account a 3.0% fee will be applied for using Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards, or 4.5% for Amex and Diners cards. There is of course, no charge for Debit Cards

We offer accommodation for up to 6/8 persons

Our Conditions...

In the event of a cancelled booking, within the contracted 7-day cancellation period, the cardholder will be responsible for the cost of the booking as per their booking-agent's general terms

All other non-OTA guests who fail to arrive without prior notification will be accountable for the entire cost of their booking. However, for your peace-of-mind, please note all our Card payment processes are, as otherwise, fully PCI DSS compliant through our FCA approved partners

In the event of any non-OTA booking-agent booked curtailments-of-stay, no refunds can be given, and as such, we strongly recommend that guests take out a travel / cancellation insurance policy as recommended by the UK Tourist Board. For further details please see MoneySuperMarket.com 

NO SMOKING POLICIES Apply throughout Seagull Lane Serviced Apartment and the Grainstore

PLEASE NOTE  All rooms are inspected upon check-out, and the CC cardholder is deemed to be entirely responsible for all of their actions, as well as those of any of their party. As such, Seagull Lane fully reserves the right to replace new, missing, damaged, or soiled items beyond that of any general ware-and-tear. Any additional cleaning will be charged accordingly - and may also include that of any loss-of-business

To reiterate, we will not tolerate any rowdy or inappropriate behaviour at the Grainstore, and any costs of any replacement items, or cleaning, will be charged to the CC / Debit card used to secure the booking:

Check-in: 15:00 hrs

Check-out: 10:00 - 11:00 hrs

We are a welcoming and understanding family-biz at Seagull Lane. We've also been around and, as such, all group-booking's need to be especially aware of our policies. Further, due to the nature of some ExCeL bookings, we unequivocally reserve the right to demand a discretionary bond of £100 per person. Furthermore, we have had very, very, very few guest issues at Seagull Lane, however, all booked-in guests are deemed to have fully agreed and accepted our terms and conditions by simply having reserved our apartment

Any outstanding payments are due on the day of arrival at Seagull Lane
